CR10s - Shroud - Satsana MOD with BLTouch, DialIndicator, PenHolder

Please refer to updated design here (found glitch with X-axis end stop with initial version hence updated)

Re-make and modified version to include/update for:

1 - BLTouch (for auto bed levelling - fine tuning) 2 - Dial Indicator holder (for mechanical/physical bed level using screws to ensure almost no runtime calibration needed) 3 - Pen/marker Holder with rubber (tension operated) as needed

Note: DialIndicator - should be removed (easily) when not needed. Pen - can stay as the height is adjustable.
