I dropped my Bodum frother and bent the coupler that connects the wand to the little internal DC motor. This made the frother useless because it wobbled terribly. I pried open the plastic body revealing the very simple design of a DC motor and a metal spring shaped coupler that connects the DC motor to the metal froth wand. I pulled off the spring coupler that was bent, and printed this new plastic coupler. This new coupler slides on snug and works great!
One less frother in the trash can! I hope you can use it too…
This model is designed for a 2mm motor shaft and 2mm froth wand.
I have posted the very simple Fusion360 file as well as the .step file for your own size adjustments.
