This butter mold has two pieces; the mold and then the bottom press. Place the press in the mold, pack your homemade butter in as tightly as you can, place it in the freezer for an hour, run the sides and bottom under very warm water for a few seconds, and then press the stick of butter out.
I added cut marks to mark where you can cut the butter in identical sizes later. Use parchment paper or save your old store purchased butter wrappers and use them to wrap it.
