Token sleeves for Quacks of Quedlinburg

This two-part sleeve protects the cardboard edges and provides a more weighty token.

Experiment with the size before printing a batch! I printed the top part at 99% for a snug fit with the bottom.

Since the walls are only one perimeter, best results are achieved by setting the Seam position to Random, otherwise a tiny gap may appear.

The Fusion 360 file is included (.f3d). All the major dimensions are set by Parameters. Changing these may require some fix-ups though, since the whole thing is offset from a projection of the remix source's STL.

I initially used thicker walls but then the tokens wouldn't fit on the board properly. A single wall should be solid enough.

Made it a two-part shell instead of a press-fit
