I designed a simple LED mount with a diffuser that was originally intended to be used with @LaserVelociraptor's Elegoo Centauri Carbon Riser Rolling Shutters (https://www.printables.com/model/1257876-elegoo-centauri-carbon-riser-rolling-shutters), but it can be easily adapted to different needs. I attached the Fusion 360 parametrized project file to the model files section.
To attach the mount you will need a VHB tape and / or some M1.6 x 6 screws. I suggest gluing the base in place using the tape and then using a small 1mm drill bit to drill holes for the screws in the material that you're attaching the LED mount to. The screws are there only to secure the connection.
