Human vertebral column from a computed tomography scan. Low poly bones were made available on NIH3DPX by MySegmenter under CCBY license.
I separated any bones that were connected, closed holes, and remeshed to be more print friendly.
This set includes all 7 cervical vertebrae, 12 thoracic vertebrae, 5 lumbar vertebrae, sacrum, and coccyx.
The bones are not high detail but sufficient to teach identification and sorting of vertebrae for forensic anthropology, bioarchaeology, archaeology.
I have used the low poly version of the full skeleton to generate online human osteology references on Sketchfab:

animated from anatomical to “table”: https://skfb.ly/oH9vH
The author remixed this model.
The bones were very low poly so I remeshed and smoothed them to be 3D printable. I also separated bones that were connected.
