Live hinge print in place plate holder

I designed it with a 0.4 mm hinge because i printed it in PETG at 0.2mm layer height. It was flexible enough. 

It might be better to bend it at the final angle while it is still warm from the bed. 
The live-hinge might fail if using very stiff materials so you can experiment by dropping the model inside the build plate so the first layers print at your dimensions. Just make sure you don't drop it so much that it will not print the hinge at all. 

A different style, more traditional design and keeps the plate a bit taller, it is the same size to models we already had around the house.
