Tyvok Spider X1S - Frame Spacer (X0/Y0 Alignment + T-slot Mount)

📝 Description (FR / EN) 🇫🇷 Description : Cette pièce est une entretoise de châssis pour le Tyvok Spider X1S, compatible avec le Precision Kit, et permet un positionnement précis du matériau à découper ou graver grâce à plusieurs améliorations :

Butée Y0 pour un alignement parfait sur l’axe Y.

Fente d’alignement X0 pour une fixation exacte à l’origine X0.

Fixation robuste avec vis M3 et adaptateur T-slot pour un maintien sécurisé pendant l’opération.

Les planches de contreplaqué mesurant 920x920 mm, cela permet de les positionner correctement. J'ai aussi ajouté une entretoise à droite de l'axe X pour indiquer clairement la limite de coupe maximale.

Dans Lightburn, j’ai défini la surface de travail maximale à 850x850 mm, ce qui permet une gestion optimale de l'espace disponible pour chaque découpe.

🇬🇧 English Description: This is a frame spacer for the Tyvok Spider X1S, designed to work with the Precision Kit, ensuring accurate material positioning for cutting or engraving, with several key features:

Y0 stop for perfect Y-axis alignment.

X0 alignment slot for exact positioning at the X0 origin.

Secure mounting with M3 screw and T-slot adapter.

With plywood sheets of 920x920 mm, it allows accurate placement. I also added a spacer on the right of the X-axis to indicate the maximum cutting limit.

In Lightburn, I’ve set the max work area to 850x850 mm, ensuring optimal space management for every cut.
