Target

If you don't want to mess with the backside PTFE tube gasket, use this minimalistic lid raiser to route the Cartograpers3D USB cable to the external USB port.

For all others who are looking for a lid raiser to stop the PTFE tube scrubbing, you won't completely solve the issue since the PTFE tube still scrubs on both sides of the top of the frame (use some PTFE tube clips to solve the scrubbing issue completely).

Print

• 0.2mm layer height
• Use ASA, ABS, or at least PET-G
• If you want to go crazy you can print the USB cable adapter in TPU, but every regular filament works as well

Parts

• a few cable ties
• 2mm x 15mm seal https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005005900732831.html (or some textile tape)
• Optional (as an alternative, you can glue the parts) 
  • 8x 12mm M3 screw
  • 8x m3 nut
