These adapter plates are designed per the TM to transform the following readily available commercial seal drivers into specialty tools for FMTV hub service:
The commercially available seal drivers attempt to drive the seals via their inner rubber parts (see pictures below), increasing work and the potential for damage. Flipping the plates around and using 100% infil 3D printed adapters worked great for all 4 hubs and have no signs of damage.
I have also included an entirely 3D printed CTIS seal driver. It worked OK but the National metal rod + alumimum plate + 3D printed adapter combo felt more solid to me.
tl;dr: PLA | 3/3/3 | 100% Infil | No Brim
Material: Dealers choice. I used Elegoo Rapid PLA+. Any will work for 4-12 seal installations.
Layers: 3 Walls/3 top layers/3 bottom layers (Basically N/A with 100% infil)
Infil: 100% (whatever pattern you want)
Supports: N/A

Non adapted plate leaves a gab on the metal outside edge and contacts inner rubber portion. When you attempt to drive this, you have to take up the slack of the inner rubber depleting energy.
Adapted perfect fit.
Same with hub seal
