If you have several sets of keys, a key organizer is a big help. This one is designed to be mounted with double-sided tape.
There are many key hook designs available on Printables, but a design by Julieschkas-Designs neatly avoids overhang issues and the need for supports during the print. Inspired by that single-hook design, this model uses a similar curve that is slightly extended to grab a larger key fob, then repeated on a backing plate for wall mounting.
No supports were needed for the print using a Prusa MK 3.5S with Prusament PETG. It is strong enough for keys with only 15% infill and 2 perimeters. The print in the photos has 5 top layers using Monotonic Lines as a fill pattern. My recommendation would be to add maybe 2 or 3 more layers and choose a non-linear top fill pattern if your key rack will be in a high-visibility area to prevent the infill layers from showing through.
Overall dimensions are 250mm long x 45mm high; it projects 21mm from the wall. The rack in the photos is held up with a single strip of Gorilla-brand double-sided tape (with blue backing) which is 1.5" (36mm) wide.
The design was created in Autodesk Fusion; the file is included for download and editing.
The author remixed this model.
Extended the length of the hook slightly and copied five of them onto a backing plate for wall mounting.
