I wouldn't suggest going below 10%, as that (depending on the type of filament you are using) could potentially make it fragile

I have not tried to print this yet, so please tell me how yours turned out!

Edit: I know its hard to see, but I added the little lines that are on this type of sign. (The ones that hold the letters)
