I installed a disc brake conversion on my 1988 Club Car DS Golf Cart. The disc brake system used way less travel than the stock, so there was a lot of "empty" play in the pedal. I designed these spacers to reduce the play and make the pedal feel better. It starts activating the brakes as soon as I touch them now instead of when I press halfway down. I also made one for the brake light switch so the lights operate as they should.
The main spacer goes right over top of the original. I did have to use a utility knife to cut a slit down it to make it slide over. Then just finish with a zip tie around the channel.
The brake light spacer has holes for a zip tie to slide through to secure it in place.
I printed in TPU with 10 walls and 99% infill so it is very solid.
