This set includes a variety of corrugated metal roofing panels—the familiar wavy style commonly seen on barns, sheds, industrial buildings, and rural structures. Designed with scale modelers in mind, these panels are ideal for adding realistic texture and detail to your miniature buildings, especially in model railroad layouts.

Each sheet has been carefully modeled to reflect real-world proportions, with several different scaled sizes to match the needs of your specific project. Whether you're building a modern industrial scene or an old rural outbuilding, these panels can help bring your structure to life.

Printability and Scale Considerations:
The bottom of each panel is flat, making them easy to print on an FDM printer and simple to glue down onto your models. That said, due to the limitations of 0.4mm nozzles, panel rib detail may become less accurate or too delicate on scales smaller than HO (1:87). While the design includes all scales down to ZZ (1:300), users working with very small scales should be aware of these practical limits when printing.

Painting and Weathering:
These panels can be painted and weathered just like most other plastic model parts. Use your favorite paints, washes, or pigments to give them a shiny new finish or a weathered, rusty look that fits your scene perfectly.

Print Settings:

  • 0.2 First layer height
  • 0.1 Layer height

Widths (scaled): 24", 36" and 48"

Lengths (scaled): 8', 12', 16' and 20'

Included scales: G Scale (1:22.5), One Gauge (1:32), O Scale (1:48), S Scale (1:64), HO Scale (1:87), TT Scale (1:120), N Scale (1:160), Z Scale (1:220), ZZ Scale (1:300)

These panels are great for scratch-building or enhancing existing kits, and they’re especially suited for weathering techniques like dry brushing, rust effects, or adding streaks and grime with pigments and washes.

Whether you're going for shiny new construction or a time-worn abandoned structure, these corrugated panels offer flexibility, realism, and ease of use—just print, paint, and place.
