The minifigure is close to Lego scale, and offers some compatibility:
HEAD: The neck diameter will accept Lego heads; Turns your RC Minifgure body into an Exoskeleton!
FEET: Feet can lock into standard lego to secure in place during use (better in ASA/ABS)

Developed on Prusa Mk3 with 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.1mm/0.2mm Layer Height in PLA
Example Build Plate provided in the attachments with suggested Orientation & Supports.
I had no issues for the small sized parts - you may wish to slow the printer down if bed adhesion is an issue. Brim suggested where not impacting final parts quality.
