Modular baby bottle drying rack

This modular baby bottle drying rack is designed for versatility, portability, and ease of use. Its threaded connections make assembly and disassembly quick and tool-free, ideal for travel or tight spaces. The wide, stable base ensures it stays balanced, even when fully loaded. Build it as large or as compact as needed—the modular design adapts to your space and drying needs.

Model consists of the following components:

• “01 - foundation.stl” – You'll need only one.
• “02 - pin.stl” – Print as many as the number of bottles/caps you want to dry at the same time.
• “03 - tee.stl” – A T-shaped connector for adding pins. You’ll need one for every two bottles.
• “04 - tee P.stl” – A variation of the T-shaped connector with a shorter thread, oriented ~90° from “03 - tee.stl”. Alternate “03 - tee.stl” and “04 - tee P.stl” on each layer for correct alignment.
• “05 - Connector 30mm.stl” – A 30mm tall plain connector to add space between T-shaped connectors.
• “06 - Connector 50mm.stl” – A 50mm tall connector to add even more space between T-shaped connectors if needed.

Drying rack shown in the photo includes:

• 7x “02 - pin.stl”
• 2x “03 - tee.stl”
• 1x “04 - tee P.stl”
• 2x “05 - Connector 30mm.stl”

Printing information:

Use PLA or PETG. Enable supports from the build plate only. Supports on the threads are easy to remove — just unscrew them. 15% infill has worked well for me.

When assembling, tighten the threads firmly, but don’t overtighten — it’s plastic, so it can crack if forced.
