Baratza Encore ESP Handle Extension

My Baratza Encore ESP, purchased April 2025 in UK, had a different style on/off rotary handle, so this is a remix of previous versions to accommodate the larger dial. I've also increased the lever angle from 30° to 70° so it sits a little lower when in the off position.

It should be a snug fit over the stock handle.

Remix to accommodate a change to the switch on the Baratza Encore ESP, and to change the offset angle.
