Magic Mouse Ergo Slim

Just a quick remix, use any settings you like or those if any that are mentioned in the original design. 

This is version 1 of the design, a quick revision while I test and refine it further. I reduced some bulk from the top, slimmed down the thumb rest, and shortened the back to sit closer to the edge of the Magic Mouse.
