Print as oriented and clip into place. Note that the version in the photos is very slightly misaligned, but that issue has been corrected in the finalized model (but it works well enough for me so I didn't bother reprinting).
The cable for the X-axis stepper motor sort of does whatever it wants by default, and can get tangled in stuff if your workspace is cramped. This is just a simple clip to keep that from happening. It snaps onto the vertical support bar and the cable slips into the clip provided. The cable going from the bottom of the mainboard must be taut so there's enough slack for the motor to move along the Z axis.
Because this needs to flex slightly to clip onto the support, I recommend at least PETG. PLA isn't quite flexible enough in my experience.
