This is a nearly 1 to 1 recreation of the 1992-95 Civic EG and 1992-97 Del Sol under hood fuse box lid, I hope you all enjoy!
I included a second file to print a TPU gasket for the inside like the OEM one has to make it water tight.
I also made a fuse box diagram decal you can print and stick on the inside of the lid (or outside, but I've had issues with them staying on after getting wet, so I recommend inside). I used glossy sticker paper for mine, then clear coated the face to protect the ink from the elements before I stuck it on, it came out really good I recommend doing that.
DECAL PRINT SETTINGS:
The decal should measure 3.8in X 4.5in, you can use your own settings to achieve this size but the ones that worked for me were set printer scaling in settings to 55%, landscape, uncheck fit picture to frame.
3D PRINT SETTINGS:
Any hard filament should work fine, it does have a clip on the front that bends a little, PLA should do ok but for longevity you might consider PETG or equivalent.
Supports required, tree slim works great. The best result I've gotten is by printing on it's side with the power wire exits facing up, you can't print the lid top down because the front clip extends past the top of the lid so it won't sit flat on the buildplate that way. Plus, printing on the side makes the hinges and front clip much stronger so it's win win.
