Rackstand spacer with PC4-M10 bowden connector

This is a remix of Josh Edlin's Rackstand spacer. It allows support for a PC4-M10 bowden connector and the length has been extended to fit Shihchium's version of reprack which is designed to hold 3kg polymaker spools

I changed the hole and thread size for the fitting to support a PC4-M10 fitting and changed the length to fit the 3kg version of reprack
