This is a faceplate / trunnion for a Motorola XTL1500 to hold it into a 10" rack. I based this on the 10" rack that many homelabbers are using for Ubiquiti gear. I thought a 10" rack would be perfect to hold two way mobile radios. The XTL1500 does stick out the rear of the rack a tiny bit. I'm really sure that the trunnion will also fit the XTL2500 and XTL5000, but I have not tried it with anything other then the XTL1500 shown in the photos.
This fits on the Prusa MK4, but it does max out the bed. When you load it into Prusaslicer, you will need to rotate it 90 degrees. I printed with 40% gyroid infill and it does not require any supports.
3/1/2026 Edit: I added a rev2 file. The original file was sagging quite a bit. So I added some reinforcement to make the faceplate more rigid. Please let me know your thoughts.
