Bobby car winch - easier printing

In order to reduce the amount of support required to print the winch base I split it into two parts. This model prints with minimal supports (type: normal, style: snug works well). You need all other parts from the original model. 

The handle of the original model is designed as a print in place model, but this is completely useless as you can slip the outer part over the inner part. I broke the thread of the handle trying break the mechanism free. So I would recommend splitting the handle (PRT-2023-06-13-000778) into two objects (right click → split → to objects). 

The original model has no flat surface and needs lots of supports. This model splits the screw from the base and is much easier to print.
