Fostex T50rp Replacement Headband

Replaces the pleather headband found on the mk3 models of the Fostex T20RP, T40RP, and T50RP as it is known to flake to pieces. This is printed in multiple parts to avoid large overhangs in the TPU when printing and to allow for installation with minimal disassembly.

The headband attaches using the existing pins on the old headband hardware. There is some extra width in the channel for the spring steel to give space for the stock wire to sit next to it. If you do this, I recommend using the underside piece to cover everything.

The underside is an optional part that can be cut from a piece of leather or printed as thin TPU and then glued in. It just covers the steel spring and wire that runs through the headband, but shouldn't be necessary if you're using a comfort strap as your head won't make contact. The tabs go into the stock headband hardware to help with alignment, but can be removed for thicker materials if it gets in the way.
