Airbrush rotary disk - Prusament spool reuse - Remix easy fit

I remixed the original “Airbrush rotary disk - Prusament spool reuse”.

Changes I made:

1. better tollerances, so it fit all over easier together. 
2. a small lipp to stop the bearing to slide all the way through
3. I removed the top lipp, so it slides way better in the reused spool.
