This is a simple housing to modify an Apple AirTag so it fits into a wallet's credit card slot. It’s only 3mm thick and works with one or two CR2025 batteries.
The case is designed to be water-resistant (I keep leaving my wallet in the wash). That said, the level of waterproofing depends on how well the glue seal is applied.
Print both parts (case + lid) and glue them together. I use Pattex glue with ABS filament because it holds well but can still be undone to replace the batteries. Acetone + ABS works too, but fully fuses the parts so they cannot be undone.
