Idea:

I really liked The Toy Screwdriver from Michael Fortin. Unfortunatly, my kid broke it. I didn't want to reprint the whole screwdriver and glued it together. This was the key point to remix the design. I redesigned the whole screwdriver in FreeCAD with an M16 thread with a special tolerance. So it's possible to just reprint the blade, if it breaks.

Also another Idea was to make an interchangeable system with hex, torx etc.

The design is still a bit in construction an not yet finished but the CrossBlade is already testet and works pretty well.

Available blades:

  • Cross (Philips-Like)
  • Hex (12mm)
  • Torx (T55)
  • Flathead (4mm Thick)

Feel free to leave a comment or send me a DM if you want e specific type or size.

My Print Settings/Instructions

Orientation: Upright.

Layer Height: 0.2mm, 0.15mm, feel free.

Infill: 15% (Depends on durability, for the blade maybe increase the Perimeters)

Support: On build plate only for the blades because of the overhang.

Material: On the photo I used PLA for the handle and black PETG for the blade.
