My son got a metal Dodge Viper model few years ago and broke it's rear wing. I designed a replacement from scratch in FreeCAD. Width of the wing is 52mm (2").
The model is difficult to print in one piece (well, for me - I've had the printer for 2 weeks now) - the issue is that support inlets are very easy to break together with supports. Also default settings for overhangs for support (50 degrees) is bad idea in this case - to a point where a modification of this angle to 80 plus a rift is required.
Wing could be printed reversed, but then you would not get the shiny layers on the top layer.
FreeCAD model is fully parametrized for width, length, thickness (well, I guess the curve won't scale beyond 60mm).
The author hasn't provided the model origin yet.
