High profile case for the BM40. Has similar dimensions to the Hi-Pro Planck case, only with holes compatible with the BM40.
This case is split up differently than most cases: To avoid unsightly seam lines, the case is split into its main body (piece 1), as well as a cap piece that goes on the end (piece 2).
This model will fit onto a Creality Ender 3 or similar: you simply need to print the case so that the smallest side is on the print bed (making it look like a tower). If you want 0 seams but lots of supports, print the whole case in the tower orientation. If you want some small seams on the side and few supports, print the separate pieces in tower orientation.
You will additionally need some screws and nuts to mount the board to the case. I recommend using similar parts to the Planck case. This includes:
I managed to scrape by with 4 10mm M2 flat head screws and 4 5mm M2 spacers, though I managed to get away with this since I'm using a floating plate.
Additionally, you will need superglue or plastic cement if you decide to print the two individual pieces.

High resolutions (0.16mm or less) are strongly recommended for aesthetics and a nicer case texture.
I used a brim with a fairly large width (16mm) to try to best avoid curling. You could probably get away with less.
If using transparent filament, set the infill to Gyroid and infill amount to 25%+. This is mostly for aesthetic reasons. I found that Gyroid at higher infill percentages made the case look more "frosted", and less cheap.
Comes with a Step file for the split version, a split version, and a non-split version. I've also added some plate files that should fit with the case.
