August SmartLock Deadbolt Adapters 3rd/4th Gen (Custom)

My blue adapter snapped so I printed off a few but struggled to get the adapters to fit well - either the hole was a bit too big and the fit was a bit loose or it was too small and the turnpiece would not fit even when I had measured the turnpiece with calipers. While testing the adapters I also noticed that the adapter could be longer so I increased its length by 5mm so that the turnpiece has a bit more to work with and hopefully distributes the force better and won't snap the adapter. You can see the size comparison in the photos.

I customised the holes that slide over the turnpiece to 5.5mm x 2.5mm and 5.9mm x 2.7mm and I made the adapter longer so that it has more connection with the turnpiece also.
