AEG Favorit dishwasher water circulation pump wheel

Hi,

Here's wheel for dishwasher water circulation pump. It fits for ACC EB085d25/2t pump.

AEG p/n: 1113196008 replaces: 1110996905

Printed on PETG with 100% infill and 0.2mm layer. printed slowly 800mm/min for good adhession and surface quality.

No need to make thread on wheel, just turn it until the end of wheel tube touches plastic flange on motor shaft.

Unplug from mains!! For easy access turn washer on floor, left side down. Bottom plastic plate can be removed, it has few locking levers. Drain all water out first.

Few points to take care:

Test fit plastic flange on motor shaft into wheel's shaft. Should fit in nicely, sand wheel shaft if necessary. There is section on motor shaft without thread, before flange surface, check that hole on wheel shaft is not too tight, use drill bit to make clearance on hole if necessary.

Once wheel is tightened on shaft, check that spring loaded plastic seal is pushing properly against seal surface on housing flange. If not, do not over tighten, but shorten shaft on wheel.

Run couple sets of dishes side cover open to see if there is some leaks.
