Hi,
These are parts to make cubic tower gate for FPV-racing or free style. Holes are for 20mm tube and for locking you need to drill hole through collar and tube. Use locking pin as you like.

Post-PrintingTubes used are 20mm electric installation tubes. Cut to 170cm, Place foam isolation around tube. Isolation used had 15mm inner diameter. It had cut on side, so easy to push around tube. Cut foam tube about 50mm shorter than plastic tube at both ends.

Drill holes for locking pins, mark joints so that you can know next time which tube belongs into which joint. There's no general rule of marking the joints. As all of drilled are not equally at spot on.. each tube must be at same location or pin won't go in. But afterwards it is better not to dismount printed joint parts completely of tubes as they do not have marking.

Rope is general tent rope 3m long/pcs. Total 12pcs is needed, 2pcs/top corner and 1pcs/mid corner. Anchor pegs was set diagonally 2,5 meter away from corner.

Set anchor pegs diagonally 2,5 meter away from corner.

Wrap red/yellow plastic foil strip around tubes for better visibility.

Use peg (red) or similar to support tubes when lifting tower up. After that tighten ropes equally that tower stands straight up. Ropes does not have to be extremely tight.
