Do you need an easy-to-use method for securing workpieces to your CNC table?

Well here is a simple way to accomplish this!

This project began as a custom request from a customer, but I think it is time to share it with the rest of the community!

Just slide one of the Toe Clamps onto a T-Bolt and tighten the Knurled Knob until your wood, metal, or plastic workpiece is secured!

This system can secure items ranging from 3mm to 25mm tall.

Print Recommendations:

Layer Height: 0.25

Walls: 3-4

Infill: 25% Honeycomb

Orientation & Supports: TREE & NORMAL Supports, as required based on the Orientation

  • TOE CLAMPS: For enhanced strength, I would recommend printing each Toe Clamp on their side and using TREE supports to secure the floating regions
  • KNURLED KNOBS: Print upright and then you don't need supports
  • KNOB CAPS: Print upside-down and use NORMAL Supports to support the outer region

Required Hardware:

(I suggest using 5/16" Hardware, but you could easily use ¼" or the Metric equivalent)

  • One T-Bolt per Toe Clamp in your preferred size
  • One Hex Nut per Knurled Knob in your preferred size
  • OPTIONAL: One Washer/Spacer per Toe Clamp in your preferred size

It is honestly a super simple concept and works quite well.

Enjoy!
