Shims for BMW shifters

Fits E46 & E60 shifters (tested on 25117546373), but should fit on most BMW shifters.

BMW shiftsticks have inherent play due to the rubber connecting both halfs, even brand new ones. This will help remove that play down to near 0, or make old worn shifters feel crisper again.

Its a tight fit, use some silicone spray to get the shims in.
