This is a replacement for the clip on the fly screens that fit Vantage aluminium windows (manufactured mid 2000s era) in NZ.
I've printed it successfully in PLA using the default PrusaSlicer settings and it worked first time as per the pictures.
The fit of the screw sleeve into the main piece is quite tight (it's not meant to ever come out, just printed separately to avoid the overhang problem caused by the 1mm lip underneath), but a gentle scrape around both the outside of the sleeve and the inside of the hole with a sharp blade was all that was required to fit them together with minimal force.
You may need to adjust the height of the “rib” poking out the top depending on the depth of your joinery channels, it's currently 3mm high which creates a very tight fit on my windows (holding the screen tight against the frame) but slightly less would likely work too.
