Universal Ergonomic Screwdriver (Remix)

This is an updated version of the popular universal screwdriver, focusing on improved ergonomics and an expanded set of collets. The main changes concern the shape of the handle — it now fits much better in the hand, and the modified length allows you to apply more torque and force when working.

What's New in This Remix:

• Ergonomics: Completely redesigned handle profile for a more comfortable and secure grip.

• New Collets Included:

  • For drill bits with a diameter of 1 mm and 2 mm.

  • For standard hex bits 4 mm and 6 mm.

  • Special clamp for Jig Saw blades — turns an ordinary jigsaw blade into a highly convenient hand tool for precision work.

Printing Recommendations:

To ensure the reliability of the tool and the durability of the threaded connections, I highly recommend the following settings:

• Material: PLA (for general household use) or PETG/ABS (if higher load and chemical resistance are needed).

• Wall Loops: Minimum 3–4 loops. This is critical for the structural strength of the collet clamp and threads.

• Infill: 25–40% (Gyroid or Adaptive Cubic).

• Layer Height: 0.16 mm or 0.2 mm. Lower layer heights provide much smoother threads.

Assembly and Use:

1. Choose the appropriate collet for your tool (hex bit, drill bit, or saw blade).

2. Insert the tool into the collet, and then place the collet into the main handle.

3. Tightly screw on the locking nut.

Important: The attached print profiles are tuned so that the threads work "out of the box" without any additional post-processing or fitting.
