Center finder for sandpaper (ORBITAL SANDER)

A simple but effective tool to help center sandpaper pads on orbital sanders.
No more guessing or off-center placement — just align, press, and you're ready to sand!

I personaly use it with my Milwaukee M18 BOS125. 

Spacing between center of holes is 65mm and the two pins have diameter of 8.5mm.

You can print it using PLA or PETG — I recommend PETG for added durability.

I printed it on Anycubic Kobra S1 in 1h and 30 min. I have used 55g of fillament.

Print settings i used:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 25%
• Wall loops : 3 (recommended)
• Supports: Not required
