Zelda game and watch sd card drill jig

If your adding an sd card to your zelda game and watch and want a nice hole for it to stick out of use this 3 part jig. You will need a 2mm drill bit for this jig. You might want to run the drill through the holes in the jig before using it.

Before you start drilling you will need to cut the support off of your back shell to make room for the sd card and it will get in the way of the drilling. I use a sharp knife to cut it down as shown in the photos.

Firstly use the “zelda_game_and_watch_drill_jig_holes2.stl” jig and drill the 4 holes. 

Next use the “zelda_game_and_watch_drill_jig_other_holes1.stl” and drill the 3 holes, This will take out the material between the previous 4 holes. 

Lastly take the “zelda_game_and_watch_drill_jig_slot2.stl” and clean out the remaining material. You just drag the drill up and down the slot till its cleaned out. You might want to use a needle files to clean out the hole if needed.
