100mL cylinder

Designed for printing in Anycubic Tough clear V2.0 resin. Print with mouth facing build plate and no supports. A raft is recommended. Do not scale. Calibration can be done with an accurate scale, thermometer and distilled water.

Calibration procedure:
1. Calibrate and tare balance with cylinder.

2. Add 25C distilled water to approximately 25mL mark. Record actual mass and volume.

3. Add 25C distilled water to approximately 75mL mark. Record actual mass and volume.

4. Using the density of water (1mL of distilled water at 25C weighs 1g) determine offset of scale at 25mL and 75mL. 

4. a. The average of these values can be taken as the calibration offset. 

4. b. The difference of these can be taken as the accuracy of the measure of the cylinder. 

5. Mark the cylinder with the value of 4.a (e.g. +1.0mL) and the range of 4.b (e.g. +/- 0.5mL).

Use only for room temperature liquid.
