Flow Indicator

This is a basic, low pressure, flow indicator. I designed it to be placed inline with my spindle liquid cooling line for my CNC machine.
It was designed to be used with 1/4" Vinyl tubing.

I used CA Glue to attach and seal the hose barbs to the main body. be sure to use a liberal amount and rotate the hose barbs immediately after insertion to ensure a complete seal.

Recomend PETG and different color for spinner for easy visiblity

The center pin was cut from a brad nail, but a piece of heavy gauge paper clip will do.

I cut the window from 1/8" plexiglass using a compass to score the lines and mark the center pocket for the shaft. I also touched up the center pockets with a small drill bit to ensure a clean fit.  A transparent print may work, just be sure to use high contrasting colors
