Case for OpenDTU Fusion incl. OLED Display

Ein weiteres Gehäuse für die OpenDTU Fusion. Ich wollte ein Gehäuse, das sich direkt auf einem Schaltschrank montieren lässt. Daher habe ich ein funktionales Design erstellt, bei dem die Kabel von hinten eingeführt werden können und ausreichend Platz für das OpenDTU CAN-Bus-Shield vorhanden ist, das ich zur Verbindung mit dem Victron MPPT und der Batterie nutze.

Die Schrauben werden in Messing-Gewindeeinsätzen befestigt. Dafür werden 8× M3-Einsätze und 4× M4-Einsätze benötigt.

Zusätzlich benötigt man:

4× M4×35 DIN 912 Schrauben zur Verbindung von Deckel und Gehäuseunterteil

4× M3×8 Schrauben zur Befestigung der Leiterplatte

M4 Schrauben für die rückseitige Montage am Schaltschrank

Another case for the OpenDTU Fusion. I wanted a case that could be mounted directly onto an electrical cabinet, so I designed a functional enclosure with rear cable entry and enough space for the OpenDTU CAN-Bus shield, which I use to connect to the Victron MPPT and the battery.

The screws are secured using brass threaded inserts. You will need 8× M3 inserts and 4× M4 inserts.

Additionally, you will need:

4× M4×35 DIN 912 screws for connecting the lid and the base

4× M3×8 screws for fixing the PCB

M4 screws for mounting it from the back onto the cabinet
