Print all parts face down as they are in the STL file.
I recommend PETG at 0.2 layer height, but PLA will work also (just don't put PLA in the dishwasher or it will likely melt).
Supports are NOT needed as long as your printer has a good cooling setup for bridging. Otherwise, you could use organic tree supports in the top center of the spoon bowl.
I also included a wall hook piece that you can put double-sided sticky tape on the back, and stick it to the inside of your cabinet door, to hang the spoon ring on. Convenient :)
