Simpler clamp for Playseat Challenge wheel bracket brace

Simpler clamp that requires no bolts beside one connecting it to the rod. Just unscrew locking bolt and put clamp on the tube. Hole is for M5 bolt.

This part doesn't seem being under great stress, at least with T-GT II wheel, so i've desided to do smaller clamp without protruding corners and bolts.
