Parametric vise press brake dies

I got inspired by Brauns CNC youtube video, unfortunately his model did not fit my vise so I decided to create my own parametric version in Freecad.

The spreadsheet makes it simple to change the die width, bend angle and bend radius.

I included cutouts for magnets whose diameter and depth can also be customized.

At the moment there are 3 models. A “standard” male and female die and a male gooseneck version.

I recommend you print the Profile Test piece first to ensure the model fits your vise. I got one of those cheap blue cast iron ones from ebay.
