I needed an Indoor RC Plane with removable wings that use a proper 3D Airfoil (NACA 0018).
My idea was to 3D Print the wings and use depron foam plates for the rest.
but then i asked “why not?”

4x 4mm Carbon Rod (max. 30cm) for the wings
4x 2mm Metal Wire for connecting the Ailerons (if the wings are meant to be removed)
For the hinges you can use a thin layer of hot glue in a few places since tape generally does not stick well to LW-PLA.
Parts colored Purple in the 3mf file preview should be printed in regular PLA or similar.
Grey/Red parts in LW-PLA.
The Indoor Variant has been successfully test flown. both indoors and outdoors. though the small wheels are not meant for a grass surface and will most likely break the plane on a hard landing.
the Outdoor Variant is currently being designed and tested. if a successful test flight is completed a note will be added.
Update 1: Outdoor Design has been test flown and found to be extremely tail heavy. a new beta version has been added which moves the wings back by 5cm.
To get the proper CG you will have to put the electronics and battery fairly far forward (if you are using 2S) or the plane will end up tail heavy. the outdoor variant will hopefully fix this.
Wing Span of the Indoor Variant is ~81cm
Wing Span of the Outdoor Variant is ~95cm
Recommend to fly with small deflections at first. the control surfaces are large and therefore very effective!
