I have a Kingroon KLP1 210. Didnt like the printer head. So ive made a new one.
Now, it uses a Shera micro extruder mirrored:
https://www.printables.com/model/1258878-sherpa-micro-romz-remix-mirrored
Other extruder should be compatible, if they use the same mount holes.

Also, the hotend uses a Bambu p1/x1 compatible. So if a clog happens, dissasembly is EASY, FAST and RELIABLE. The extruder, or the hotend, can be removed hassle free.
Plus, ive being using a BLTouch ABL bed leveling sensor. So, now its placed closer to the hotend. Could be used the magnetic original sensor? Yes…. Find some mod for bltouch to pinda sensor…

The long holes on the main body parts, are for long screws, that shoud pass all the way, from the metal plate to the front. Then use a nut to secure it. Its about 45mm long.
For the holes used for mount the extruder, the back one should use a nut, and the front one, an insert.
The holes for the hotend, uses nuts.
All the rest, God will guide you!! HAHAHA.. Really… ive used screws, bolts and inserts, as i had here lying around….
For locking the nuts in place, ive used cyanoacrylate with baking soda, or similar catalyst for stronger and more robust fixing.

Material used? ABS, ASA or better. PETG? maybe for the fan duct or the THR plate. All the rest, strong heat resistant material. PLA? NEVER!!!.

For the orientation at printing, there is an image with MY recommendation.
Supports are recommended.

Print setting? Like voron parts: 5 walls + 4 top/bottom + 40% gyroid infill.

When using the original Bambu noozle, place the fan holder, to top position. If want to use regular E3DV6 noozles, just move the fan holder to the down position. And add 2 standard m3 nuts between the BLTouch and the support. Always, calibrate the z-offset for safety….

Changes or updates? Not planed, at least for now. Ive being using it for 3 weeks now, and no problems son far. You have an idea or update? Go ahead and change it. All parts were made in tinkercad. Just share it, for free, and name me…
