3 hole sink cover

Motivation

• I have a 4 hole sink & am only using 1, so errant sprayed water now can fall through the holes
• perhaps in the future this can be a good foundation to add sink accessories, solidly mounted

Prior art

• didn't go with this because I already had the fastening bits
  • same reason here
  • & here
• for 10 mm sinks, so it wouldn't work for me

Compatibility

• my holes are 38 mm ID
• sink thickness is ~1 mm
• I am reusing the fastening bits from the original Glacier Bay faucet's escutcheon (no discernible PN anywhere on it)
  • therefore, your mileage may vary if substituting similar bits

Design

• no supports needed
• chamfer goes all the way to the sink to facilitate cleaning
