SP-Connect Mount for KTM Motorcycles

Hi,

this is a fusion of the original KTM GPS Bracket (64112992033) and the SP-Connect Smartphone mount (61912991044) into one Bracket.

You can flip the small bracket to fit your smartphone horizontally or vertically by unscrewing and tightening the middle screw. 

I use an iPhone 12 Pro Max horizontal. I already damaged one Phone due to the hard vibrations. It may be a good idea to use a phone without camera stabilization!!

Important:

You need to put metal spacers into the four corners to maintain the force of the screws through all the brackets mounted onto the handlebar! Without them you can't torque the Screws to 20Nm which is a major safety issue and will lead to serious injury!

Metal spacers in my setup are M6 Steel Flange Nuts, which I drilled to fit the original Screws. But due to the thickness of the new bracket I highly recommend the 5mm longer M8×35 Screws (P/N 0035080356).

Summary of all needed Parts:

4x M6 Flange Nut

1x 8mm Drill to Drill the Nuts.

4x M8x35 Screws

1x M5 3D Printing Insert

1x M5x9 Screw 

1x Loctite 243 

Please make sure to print the small part the way it is provided in the *.stl for optimal durability.

I Printed with 100% infill, PETG, 0.4 Nozzle and 0.3 Draft Settings of original Prusa.
