CYD enclosure for 4.3" ESP32 LCD module

The enclosure features:

• cutouts for two buttons (19mm and 16mm in different combinations, or with no buttons at all)
• optional cutout for SMA antenna connector
• cutout for the USB-C
• recessed space for the SD card which cannot be accessed from outside
• recessed space for the LCD ribbon cables (so they don't get damaged)

Print laying face-down.
Supports are required.
