This is a modified / fixed SD_CardBox_Single_Cover.stl model to allow flawless drawer insertion and use without having to sand anything.

The height tolerances are perfect for the drawers to slide in and out without issues.

Supports: 
Yes - Note ( Add support blockers for the Lettering and inverted holes.  Supports are not needed for those areas. )

Resolution:
0.2mm  ( For more production resolution use 0.15mm )

40%

Printing Orientation and Supports:
Print SD_CardBox_Single_Cover.stl vertically standing on the back face, with support material for the snap-in studs.  Add support blockers for the Lettering and inverted holes.  Again, supports are not needed for those areas.
